Shipping, sizing & returns

When will it arrive?

Most packages arrive 8–14 days after they ship. Pick an arrival date at checkout and we time the shipment around it. Tracking is emailed to you, not to her.

Is it discreet?

Yes. Plain outer packaging, no prices inside, and your card statement shows a neutral gift descriptor.

Can it ship straight to her?

Yes. Enter her name and address at checkout. Your note can come by email too.

What if I don't know her size?

Use the size finder on any package, or tick "Let her choose" and we'll email her a private link to pick her size. The contents stay a surprise.

Returns and exchanges

Unworn items in original condition can be exchanged for another size within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, lingerie can be exchanged only if unworn with hygiene liners intact. Email support@knotstranded.com with your order number.

Wrong or damaged item?

Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.
